Lovely and clean cottage – as always. We have stayed here once before in March (last year) fantastic location and we had great weather too each year! See you next year (our son doesn’t want to leave!)

What a fabulous place to while away a few days... Warm, comfortable and full of character. A party of 6 adults and we brought along our 2 year old and 4 year old nieces and a little dog - suffice to say we were all very comfortable and the property lent itself beautifully to nanny and granddad having their own space in the annex! 2 minute walk to the beach and shops, we couldn't believe how fabulous the location would be! AMAZING breakfast served up at the bakery a 30 second walk away, and endless beach for the girls to play on safely while the grownups put the world to rights in one of the many beach side pubs and cafes. I cannot recommend this little gem highly enough, we were very warmly greeted by Charles who ensured we knew where everything was and that we had everything we could possibly need. We are already thinking about when we can come back !!! Thank you Charles

Thank you – we have had a wonderful time in your lovely, well-equipped cottage. We have enjoyed the pretty town, interesting shops and of course the fossil hunting.

Great week although the weather made us alter our plans! Not much lazing on the beach but plenty of other activities to entertain: fossil hunting, Pecorama, Aquarium, Skate Park, mackerel fishing etc.etc. The cottage was great. Many thanks.

Thank you for the late booking (& dropping off the keys). Star treatment no less. Wonderful time, finally found the ammonite pavement after 4 years of going the wrong way. Weather incredible – unexpected – even got some body boarding in too. Cottage great, although stairs hazardous for an ‘old bird’ with a dodgy knee Ha! Really, really, really lovely time.

First stay in this comfortable and well equipped cottage in such a fab central location in Lyme Regis. Haven’t been in the car since our arrival. Lots of fossil-hunting and eating/drinking. Hix restaurant excellent. All had a great short break, fantastic weather for October.

We all love this house and don’t want to leave. Lots to do and see around Lyme Regis! We enjoyed fossil hunting.
